Data Node
This node displays the values assumed in each iteration by variables with distributions and by results selected for the Monte Carlo run. The upper half of the pane lists all iterations, and the values of single input variables and results; the lower half shows array values for the iteration selected above, both in table and Graph form.
You can also re-order columns in the table by-drag-and-dropping them, or using the right-click option Reorder columns, which opens a separate dialog where you can move up columns up and down using the arrow buttons. The arranging of columns will be saved in the model.
Use the Create scenarios for selected iterations option to open and edit the selected iterations with the Scenarios tool - see Scenarios from MC Results.
In the Graph tab the option Send to User Graph exports the value of the variable in the current iteration to a User-Defined Graphs.
You can click on the column header to sort iterations by the values of the selected variable. When the list is sorted by a column other than the first (iteration number), you can use the P10 Zone, P50 Zone and P90 Zone buttons in the top corner to highlight those cases that fall within each zone. When one such case is selected you can create a P10, P50 or P90 scenario using the buttons in the toolbar or the right-click menu.
Other options available in the right-click menu on an iteration:
By right-clicking on an iteration you can access the following options:
- Save selected iterations as projects: Create a new project (.pvr file) for each selected iteration. Enter a file name and location. Values with a probability distribution will present the value assumed in the iteration, defined deterministically.
- Copy all singles.
- Copy all arrays.
